detox melting oil

"This product worked so well! I used to remove product buildup from a couple of locs and it worked great. The smell is a little off putting, but it rinsed well without stripping my hair or leaving a scent. I will definitely use as needed to remove any buildup."

Smells amazing, but doesn’t do much work

"I don’t use it that frequent But it smells amazing It smells like lemon and ginger. When you first put in your hair, you think it’s still nothing. But after you put water, it gets white and chunky. And it’s really hard to get out. I don’t know if it absorbs very well. Cause I didn’t really get into my scalp I couldn’t feel moisture. but overall durability, consistency and absorption is not the best but it’s not bad"

Good, but not for those with lots of build-up

"While the cleanser did remove some build-up, I felt it wasn’t cleansing enough for my oily scalp and dry shampoo usage. In fairness, I do use a lot of dry shampoo daily, as my scalp gets oily fast and my fine, thin hair gets weighed down quickly if I don’t use dry shampoo or some type of volumizing product. The scent is very clean and light, which I liked as someone who doesn’t like heavy fragrances in my hair all day. Would recommend for someone who doesn’t have as much product build-up in their scalp on a consistent basis."

"This melting oil cleanser does a wonderful job removing the product buildup and residue from your hair and scalp. It gently and effectively works to cleanse the hair. It has a pleasant and refreshing scent. Using shampoo after applying, our hair was soft and manageable without feeling stripped. I will buy it in the future."

True hair detoxer

"I’ve never heard of hair oil cleaner, only hot oil treatments and I will definitely be adding it to my wash day routine. The lemon scent is pleasant and refreshing. This melting oil really gets my hair clean, breaking down the buildup of gel and products. It’s easy to wash out and left my hair feeling soft."

Very liquid oil helps soften and cleanse roots bef

"Made my scalp feel so clean. Studs up and turns white with water but I enjoyed applying it to dry hair as directed all throughout my hair. My roots also felt softer as I massaged it in. Great for pre shampoo. The consistency is very liquid so a little goes a long way which is great for my 4c hair. Had no issues with the bottle and dispensing but i think a pointed tip for easier scalp application would make it that much better."

Great detox oil

"This product did what it needed to do, the oil is very fragrant and a little definitely goes a long ways it cleanses the scalp and definitely gets the extra build up out. The ingredients smell very pure and rinsing the product that was fairly easy. my son enjoyed the treatment and set his hair and scalp felt very clean and soft it also helped with the dry scalp I would definitely recommend this product."

D-Tox Remover Review

"I had the opportunity to use this product after removing a protective style. The first thing I noticed was the lemongrass scent. It really gave off a natural citrus like scent which was nice. I also liked that I didn’t have to use a lot of the oil as a little went a long way. While using the product, my hair felt soft and I could feel the product buildup loosening up. I was a little skeptical about how my hair felt while rinsing and shampooing the product out because it felt like the oil was not. washing out. This was my first time using this D-Tox Remover oil so it may be something I can try differently next time for a better result during the wash process. After blow drying and styling my hair, my hair felt wonderful and soft."
